Welcome to the Artisan Southwest Skills School – a Cookery School like no other. We love the art and alchemy in skills like baking, curing, in preserving, and smoking, in cheese and chocolate making, in wine, cider and beer making the list goes on...

We're based in Somerset - the heart of the South West and the centre of England's Artisan food and drink community and so to bring these skills to you, we have created a “virtual” skills school, bringing together the very best of these Artisans from across the South West to offer courses to you.

How does it work?

Here on the site we bring together a variety of courses that enable you to sample and learn these skills. The courses run in a variety of locations around the area so it should be possible for you to find one that works for you. You can search courses based on a variety of criteria, check availability for the dates you are interested in and, if you wish to, make a booking right here.
